Daystar christian center hosted
pastors and church leaders to a dinner after a week of training at the daystar
leadership academy for executives,As an Mc of event/Comedian it is always an
opportunity to prepare and thrill people with humorous and clean jokes that I
am noted for. Pastors of different countries were present such as Ghana, Ivory
coast,Benin republic, Kenya, Burundi, etc and some of the delegates were from
french speaking countries and a translator was on ground to translate the
conversation between the host and the guests.
I had with me Damola comedian and Mc
ray who supported with outstanding and intriguing jokes that made the audience
roar out in laughter.
It was an inspiring moment and dinner
as delegates expressed their gratitude to the pastor of day-star commending him
on putting up the academy to train individuals on leadership and
entrepreneurship, they reiterated that the classes were life changing for them
and that the facilities looked like they were in america. they also asked that
the academy should be brought to other parts of Africa to help educate and
train individuals and churches alike on leadership, business skills etc.
Pastor expressed his delight about
the delegates and gave a brief history about the growth of daystar and how the
academy was formed, which is a true affirmation to how you grow success.
The job of a comedian is to make
people happy and st the tone of any event and it is important to always know
how to ''break the ice'' at the beginning of any event to keep it on track,
from the introduction of the event, to throwing in comedy effects and
punchlines to avoid dead air and also have a side comedian when necessary
to help facilitate a unique combination.
Here are some of the pictures that
were captured by my photographer.
